Exposition collective d'arts abstraits.
Andrew Agostino, Mélanie Arcand, Lisette Beaulieu, Suzanne Bélair, René Bellefeuille, Véronique Besançon, Fabien Bouvet (Inje), Alexandru Bucovineanu, Lise Bujold, Simon Côté-Desjardins, Ghyslaine Couture, Béatrice Dauge, Marie-Josée Duchesne, Johanne Fontaine, Lyne Gagnon, Luc Giard, Aline Gravel, Louis Lamarre, Audrey Lemay, Virginie Maltais, Mayane, Sylvie Moncion, Hélène Monlong, Lyne Noiseux, Steve Otis, Myriam Paradis Lalancette, Manon Pépin, Jade Picard, Luc Poudrier, Mabel Serena, René Tellier, Kamen Zenov

"It's
nice, but what is it?" second edition
Abstract
art collective exhibition
In
2015 we had organized the collective exhibition "It's nice, but
what is it?", an exhibition about abstract art. Our motivation
was to try to reconcile people who thought highly of asbtract art
with those who hated it and made fun of it. But to our surprise the
exhibition was a big popular success to the point where we wonder if
there was that many people who hated or just did not understood
abstract art.
This
is why we are reiterating "It's nice, but what is it?" this
year with a bigger and more diverse selection. So you will get the
same friendlynotsoseriousselfdeprecating
attitude we had last year (yes you will still be allowed to tell us
that your 5 year old nefew could do better than that), but with more
artist and an even wider variety of techniques and mediums.
The
exhibition will start Wednesday March 23rd and will run until Sunday
April 24th.
The
official show opening (the vernissage), which is a good opportunity
to meet the artists, will be held Sunday March 27th from 4h30 PM till
9h00PM. Everyone is welcome!
